In 1989, Susy Chavez, a young, spirited woman from a small village in Mexico, arrived in the heart of the Napa Valley with her husband and 2-year-old son. Not long after her arrival, she met the late Regina Marie Matto, who would go on to become a mother figure to her and encouraged her to start her own cleaning business. With this unwavering amount of support and a strong work ethic, “Mama Gina” became Susy’s first client and Napa Valley Cleaning was born! Regina introduced Susy to a wide range of families throughout her network in Browns Valley, Yountville and St. Helena, where she quickly earned a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Over the years, word-of-mouth referrals have fueled her growth, and the opportunity that Regina gave Susy has blossomed into a thriving and reputable business throughout the Napa Valley. Her success story is a testament to the power of meaningful relationships, hard work, resilience, and the American Dream. We take great joy and pride in sharing that many of these families are still with her to this day and supporting her growth!
